How to return or exchange an item
If the delivered product is different from the ordered product, or if it is dirty or damaged, etc., we will exchange it for a good ordered product or return it (refund). (If there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund your money.) We will cover the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping the product.
Please exchange or return the product within 8 days of receiving the product . Please note that we cannot accept any inquiries or returns after 8 days from receiving the product.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within one week after we receive the item.
