Refund policy

If the product delivered differs from the one you ordered, or if it is damaged, defective, or otherwise unsuitable, we will provide either an exchange for the correct item or a return with a refund.(If replacement stock is not available, we will issue a refund instead.) All shipping costs incurred for the return and reshipment will be borne by us.


Returns and exchanges must be requested within 8 days of product delivery.

We are unable to accept requests or returned items made after 8 days from delivery. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has arrived at our facility.
