Usage & Care Instructions
- Do not use in microwave ovens or conventional ovens.
- Do not place in the freezer.
- Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
- Even if the exterior does not feel hot, the contents or drinking spout may be extremely hot. Please handle with care to avoid burns.
- Do not leave contents inside the product for extended periods.
- Keep away from open flames and high heat.
- Do not leave the product soaking in hot or cold water for long periods.
- Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or leaving it in high-temperature environments such as inside a car.
- Do not scrub the surface forcefully, as it may damage the lacquer coating. Avoid dropping or applying strong impact to the product.
- Do not use sharp objects, as they may cause scratches, peeling, or breakage.
- Avoid using abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh cleansers that may scratch or strip the coating.
- Do not use thinner, benzine, or chlorine-based bleach.
- If using a dishwasher, place the product in a way that it does not bear weight or pressure.
- To best preserve the quality, we recommend gentle handwashing with lukewarm water and a soft sponge, followed by wiping dry with a soft cloth.
- Store in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the lacquer finish.
- You may notice a natural lacquer scent, especially when the product is new or when filled with hot liquids. This is harmless and will fade over time with use.
- In rare cases, individuals with sensitive skin may experience a reaction to lacquer. If irritation occurs, please consult a medical specialist.
- Each product is handcrafted individually. Slight variations, such as uneven textures or brush marks, are part of the unique character of handmade craftsmanship and are not defects.
